Web Producer Needed - Flash, Photoshop, CSS, HTML; Talented Web Producer
If you are experienced web designer in Serbia and have talent and portfolio to show and want to be part of stable and profitable company, read this:
Attention Interactive is seeking full-time designer who must exhibit the following qualities:
at least 2 web sites in your existing portfolio so you can generate interest of our design team to contact you
you should be able to speak English good enough to be able to read assignments and over the 3-6 month period you will be expected to improve your English so you can directly communicate with clients
you have capacity to deliver 3-5 web sites per month, handle all communication and not get confused;
You must be well organized and efficient; we need to be able to see how you are evolving with new ideas and technologies we throw at you
You must be young and open minded; so you can fit in our system; if you fit in our system and gain our confidence and trust, within 6 months to a year you will become the 2nd highest paid designer in Serbia;
Based on your skill set, you will be assigned a mentor from our existing team in Belgrade; you will be reporting directly to them;
You need to be available 8 hours per day, sometimes including weekends and your mentor will give you flexibility to pick your working time
This is a full time work opportunity. You need to be a star in Photoshop; Flash, CSS, HTML and if you know how to get around basic PHP and Action Script that is a plus but not mandatory for this position.

While it is easy to find someone with couple of good web sites, it is hard to find someone who is willing to work hard, who is focused and who is a good communicator. Existing team will evaluate your technical skills, and time will show how much of a producer you are.
