I live outside of the U.S. and Canada. How can I replace my
defective drive?

Current U.S. government regulations prevent us from doing
business with anyone located in the countries listed below. If you
live in one of these countries, we will NOT be able to replace your
drive.

Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India
If you are located in any of the countries listed below, we are
unable to process an RMA online for you. In order to replace your
defective hard drive, you need to contact a Western Digital
distributor in the appropriate country. For a complete list of
authorized distributors worldwide, please see our list of authorized
distributors.
